The Development of Recreational Belt around Metropolis in Changsha
分析了长沙城市周边游憩带的发展现状，指出旅游产品特色不足、乡村景观定位不清、基础设施不完善及生态破坏等问题，并提出生态优先、合理布局等开发原则与建议。
Recreational Belt Around Metropolis(ReBAM) is the main stream of city outskirts tourism development.This paper at first analyzes current situation of Changsha ReBAM,and poses three major problems:no distinctive features of its tourism products;unclear position of rural landscape;and imperfect of infrastructure and serious damage to the eco-environment.Then,four principles of exploring Changsha ReBAM are stated.They are as follows:ecology first principle;principle of overall planning,rational distribution;benefit-balanced principle;principle of respecting its history and advancing its culture.Eventually,suggestions on developing Changsha ReBAM are made,including improving infrastructure,developing growth-pole and ecological agriculture,promoting tourism combining its traditional culture,and extending its recreational space by strengthening regional cooperation.
