Evaluation of the Efficiency of the Logistics Industry and Correlation Analysis of FDI Quality——Based on 2002-2011 Empirical Data
使用三阶段DEA模型评估2002-2011年中国物流业效率，分析FDI数量和质量对效率的影响，发现FDI质量比数量影响更大。
In this article,three-stage DEA model is used to value the input/output efficiency of Chinese logistic industry from 2002 to 2011 and analyze efficiency influence factors,under this foundation the effect of FDI to the efficiency of logistic industry is analyzed from the aspects ofLow quality quantity expansion characteristics of FDIandHigh technology and knowledge intensive FDI.The results shows:(1) The efficiency of logistic industry is increasing year by year.While from the aspect of returns to scale,logistic industry is still in the stage of small scale.(2) After the effect of Environment variable and random variable are eliminated,the real efficiency value of logistic industry is decreased.(3) compared to FDI quantity,its quality has greater influence on logistic industry.FDI technical content,payoff ability and localization extent is proportional to the efficiency of logistic industry;The average scale of FDI is inversely proportional to the efficiency of logistic industry.Finally,this article put forward suggestions for relative policies according to logistic industry’s real condition.
