Regional Economic Linkage and the Development of Satellite Regions: Case Study of Shanghai Lingang Industrial Park
采用引力模型分析上海临港与市级以上开发区的经济联系强度、方向和区域差异，发现临港的联系弱于成熟开发区，且方向与黄浦江及沿海港口发展轴高度一致。
By adopting Gravity Model of regional economic interaction with the case study of Lingang,this paper,based on the micro-scale of region study between metropolis and Satellite Regions considering the fact that emerging Satellite Regions hugely rely on the metropolis during their immature stage,tries to analyze the intensity,direction and regional differences of Satellite Regions' regional economic linkages qualitatively by calculating the intensity of regional economic linkage and their the membership degree between Lingang and other development parks which are all above the municipal governmental level.The results show that:(1) the intensity of regional economic linkage between Lingang and other development zones are much weaker than the ones among the mature development zones;(2) the directions of regional economic linkage of Lingang keep a high coherence with the development axis along Huangpu River and coastal harbor in Shanghai.Thus,strengthening the interaction network in Linggang Industrial Park as well as the linkage with other types of areas such as development parks will be the key impetus and essential policy for Linggang.
