For long time, because each side opens up the tourism resource in his own way, many problems on resource and environment are revealed. Just as Hukou Waterfall is constructing the National Geological Park, the article points out that the administrative demarcation line should be broken, and a shared area of tourism resource of Hukou waterfall and a relevant management organization must be built up. From this meaning the corresponding countermeasures are advanced in order to realize the sustainable development of Hukou waterfall.
