ANALYSIS OF INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTION OF "FOUR SMALL" ECONOMIC ZONE (BELT) IN CHINA'S COASTAL AREAS BASED ON GRAY SITUATION DECISION-MAKING METHOD
利用灰色局势决策方法分析中国沿海四个欠发达经济区（北部湾、西海岸、江苏沿海、辽宁沿海）的产业优势，确定其未来应以第三产业或第二产业为主导。
Economic development and the development and opening up in China's coastal areas have formed a Three small pattern.Three big take the lead in the development after the reform and opening up,are the most economically developed areas in China;with respect to degree of economic development,there is some discrepancy between Four small and Three big in comparison,are expected to become China's new economic engine.Based on the China City Statistical Yearbook 2008,the article introduces gray situation decision-making method to analyse industrial development advantages of the coastal Four small economic zone(belt),determine future development direction: North Bay Economic Zone in Guangxi should be based on tertiary industry;Western Shore Economic Zone,Coastal Areas in Jiangsu and Coastal Economic Zone in Liaoning should be based on secondary industry.The findings are basically consistent with practice,in the hope of providing certain scientific basis for industry development and distribution of productive forces of the coastal Four small economic zone(belt).
