It firstly introduces the concepts of knowledge,core knowledge competence and knowledge-operational capability,based on which the matrix of knowledge competitiv advantage is constructed. With a example of RD organization it shows that sustainable competitive advantage can obtained while core knowledge and knowledge-operational capability coordinate and match mutually. Separating core knowledge competence and knowledge-operational capability can avoid only notice acquisition of knowledge self,not application of knowledge or only notice application of knowledge,not acquisition of knowledge.
