Carbon Emissions Measure and Influencing Factors Involved in the Anti-Dumping Industry from Ten Countries
基于1995-2011年十个反倾销高发国家的制造业数据，计算了反倾销调查涉及的行业碳排放，发现出口产品与碳排放趋势一致，人均制造业增加值是主要驱动因素，而产业结构和能源效率的抑制作用不明显。
This article calculates the industry carbon emissions involved in anti-dumping investigations by the IPCC method, based on eight manufacturing sub-sector carbon emissions from ten countries which involved most in anti-dumping between 1995-2011. The result shows: the export products subject to foreign anti-dumping and carbon emissions exist the consistent trend. Then,we analyze the relationship between carbon emissions,energy efficiency,industrial structure factor and the manufacturing value added per capita through the metering regression model,the analysis found: manufacturing value added per capita is the major contributing factor of carbon emissions in manufacturing,but the industrial structure and energy efficiency factor inhibition on carbon emissions is not obvious. Thus,the article presents the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure manufacturing strategies,with which measure,we could reduce carbon emissions,as well as give a better respond to foreign anti-dumping measures to provide universal.
