THE OBSTACLES OF CAPITAL INFLOW IN WEST CHINA
研究中国西部资本流入的障碍，提出西部应转变开放战略重点，从依赖政府引资转向依靠企业家和改善投资环境，以吸引更多资本。
Capital inflow is the importance measure to increase supply financing for the development of West China. In new situation as China participates the World Trade Organization ( WTO), West China should change the emphasis of its opening strategic policies from revenue return to cultivate impartial investment environment both to inner investors and to foreign ones which comport with regulation of WTO,from mainly depending on government attract investors to depending on entrepreneur who own industrial item,from inner foreign investors to domestic investors. It also should improve infrastructure so that more capital would like inflow into West China.
