Risk Evaluation of Large Infrastructure Projects Based on Entropy Fuzzy Comprehensive Method—A Case Study of Wenzhou Rail Transit Construction Projects
针对大型基础设施项目风险评估问题,提出改进熵权的模糊综合评价法,并以温州轨道交通为例验证其有效性,结果与其他方法基本一致,可为中国大型公共投资项目提供参考。
Aiming at the problems in risk evaluation of large infrastructure projects, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with improved entropy is put forward. Taking Wenzhou rail transit construction project as an example, by calculating the data through experts' assessment, it is found that the results are basically consistent with those with other evaluation methods. It also shows that the proposed method can effectively improve the risk assessment system of large infrastructure projects, which can provide some inspiration for the construction of large public investment projects in China.
