On Core Competence and Development Strategy in Enterprises
本文区分了资源与核心竞争力、核心能力与基础能力的差异，从发展视角定义企业核心竞争力，并指出其构建需考虑企业/行业的技术经济特征和生命周期，最后为中国企业提升核心竞争力提出建议。
By distinguishing the difference of with resource,core with fundamental competence,and based on the view of development,it defines the enterprise core competence. Logical construction of enterprise core competence must envolve the technology economy feature of enterprise/industry and the life cycle of enterprise/industry,and can not be regarded as a simple composition of some key capabilities. Finally it puts out some suggestions on how to raise core competence for Chinese enterprise.
