THE INDUSTRIAL SPATIAL DIFFERENTIATION AND ITS EVOLUTION MECHANISM OF GUANGZHOU IN RECENT TEN YEARS
基于1996、2001和2004年普查数据，用因子分析和分类分析将广州工业区分为四类，并揭示其近十年受工厂、政策、市场、技术、交通和环境等因素影响的演化趋势。
This paper analysis the industrial spatial differentiation of Guangzhou in recent ten years based on the data of the general survey of basic units in 1996,2001,and the first survey of economy in 2004.With the methods of factor analysis and classify analysis,the results show that there are four types of industrial areas in Guangzhou which are old industrial area,comprehensive industrial area,special industrial area,rural industrial area.These four types of industrial areas show declining,diverging,strengthen,and upgrading respectively in the recent ten years,affected by existing industry factories,industrial policy,market economic mechanism,technology,transportation,environmental requirement,and so on.In the end of this paper is a conclusion of a distribution pattern of urban industrial spatial differentiation.
