The study on Technological Gatekeepers in Technological Flow of the Industrial Clusters:A Case Study of IC Industrial Cluster in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park
从技术守门人视角出发，构建分析框架，以张江高科技园区集成电路产业集群为例，探讨技术守门人在全球-地方联系中对技术获取和扩散的影响，发现其能促进集群技术学习与创新。
Technological learning has become an essential requirement for the innovation and transformation of the industrial clusters in developing country.In this paper,drawing upon a perspective of technological gatekeepers and deriving insights from the new regionalists on industrial districts,the regulationists on regulation approach,literature on Global Production Networks(GPN) and local production networks,the author tries to develop a conceptual technological gatekeepers analysis framework.Using this framework,this paper presents a case study of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Parks IC industrial cluster,and explores the effect of the technological gatekeepers in the process of technology acquisition in GNP and technology diffusion in local production networks on technological learning of the industrial cluster.The case study shows that technological gatekeeper is an important access in the global-local nexus;Technological gatekeepers and development organization make the industrial clusters more rapidly promote technological learning and innovation,which should be the important approach of the dynamic upgrading of the technological learning and innovation in industrial clusters in China.
