Study on the Social Benefit Evaluation of the Industrial Commercial Residential Buildings
从社会效益角度，评估工业化商业住宅及其建设过程在可持续性方面的影响，包括社会经济、社会环境、社会互适性和社会风险分析，并提出政策建议。
It is considered that sustainable development is an essential requirement for building industrialization. Under the concept of sustainable development,from the view of social benefits,this paper evaluates the sustainable development of the industrial commercial residential building and its construction from: socio-economic impact,social environment impact,social inter-adaptive analysis and social risk analysis. Finally,the paper proposes some policy recommendations to avoid the potential negative impact in the process of industrialization.
