Community commerce is a major part of the development of domestic commerce. To develop a modern harmonious community commerce is of strategic significance for meeting the daily requirements of community residents,for developing the domestic retail trade and for constructing Chinese harmonious society. But many problems are found in the development of community commerce. So it is necessary for us to make a deep research and study on the problems,to make a plan for the development and to put up with feasible strategies and measures.
