In the field of environmental governance,participation of stakeholders has been widely recognized.In the paper,based on the analysis of the different interest demands of stakeholders involved in the brown field′s redevelopment in the city,the management mechanisms of is put up forward from three aspects,such as the development of environmental impact assessment mechanisms,the financing mechanism construction and multi-stakeholder participatory mechanisms in the whole process of development.
