STUDY ON THE INNOVATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE METROPOLITAN AREAS IN CHINESE MAINLAND——A CASE STUDY ON THE ADMNISTRATIVE INNOVATION OF THE PEARL RIVER DELTA
分析了中国大陆都市区在转型期空间组织与管理体制的弊端，以珠三角为例提出行政区划改革路径。
Metropolitan areas play a very important role in the process of the economic and social sustainable development and the modernization in China. In a period of economic transition, namely period that the “jurisdicitional economy in function, many frauds existed in the present spatial organization and management system have showed up. To a certain extent, that restricts the further development of metropolitan areas in Chinese Mainland. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the administrative pattern of metropolitan areas in mainland, the author points the way out of the reform of the spatial organization and admninistrative system, then puts emphasis on the reform of the administrative division system of the Pearl River Delta.
