Problems and Strategies of Urbanization from the Perspective of City-Dominated Society——A Case Study of Shaanxi Province
分析了陕西省城市化过程中出现的半城市化、空间布局不合理、市民化程度低等问题，并提出了社会保障改革、优化空间布局等策略，对研究中国城市化质量的学者有参考价值。
Urbanization rate of China has just exceeded 50% in 2011,which means China has entered city-dominated society.However,many cities in China haven’t reached the basic demands of city-dominated society.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems discovered in the process of Shaanxi urbanization and then the strategies to adapt citydominated society are raised.This study shows that peri-urbanization,unreasonable urbanization spatial layout,low citizenization degree of migrants,lack of urban features and expanding distance between urban and rural area are increasingly prominent.So social security system reforming,optimizing urbanization space,advocating urban lifestyle,proposing distinctive characters and harmonious development between urban and rural area are the key missions for high quality development of Shaanxi urbanization.
