Since reform and opening-up of China, economic of the Yangtze River Delta has grown in high speed, and the status as the economic center of the whole country has been conformed. On industrial structure, the proportion of the modern service industry has been increased, and the primary industry and secondary industry has been decreased, the trend to the post-industrial age is obviously; on the spatial structure, the driving force of the central city enhanced, and the economic development axis along the railway is transformed into the economic development belt along the Yangtze River and the Sea, the axis of development is changed from the form of Z to K; Companied with the rapid development of economic, the pressure to resource consumption and accommodation is increased obviously, and the environmental pollution become more severely. It is necessary to transform the economic growth mode, optimize the industry structure and spatial structure, increase the international competitiveness in the way to further development.
