The Philosophy,Process and Pitfall of Knowledge-based Management
本文从创新与无形资产管理视角理解基于知识的管理，指出企业常陷入知识管理陷阱，并强调知识管理能促进创新与变革，不同企业应选择不同模式。
To skillfully manage knowledge,knowledge creation and knowledge transformation is the philosophy of how firms to gain sustainable competitive advantage in nowadays. Unfortunately,firms often fall into knowledge management pitfalls time and times again. It is better to understand knowledge-based management from the perspective of innovative and invisible asset management than that of from perspective of information technology. Knowledge management can enhance innovation and change. Knowledge-based systems also can promote the knowledge management process and innovation process thus knowledge management. Different firms should adopt different knowledge management patterns though these firms face the similar management problems in similar management context.
