STUDY ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORT PASSAGEWAYS AND REGIONAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHEAST CHINA

We can't fail to see that the constructions and developments of the comprehensive transport passageways in northeast China are certain results of regional social-economic-system's development. The desires of local governments and countries of northeast Asia to develop regional economy and their pursuing to construct transport facilities are certainly making more deeply impacts on regional social-ecosystem in northeast China. So, the study on the construction of transport passageways and regional sustainable development in northeast China will last for a long time. Based on discussing the current developing situation and characteristics of the transport passageways in northeast China comprehensively, the paper evaluated and discussed their positive and negative impacts on social-ecosystem in northeast China historically and strategically. And then, in terms of regional economic relations and international cooperation and development, the authors inquired into their developing patterns and their possible influences on social-ecosystem in the future. Finally, the authors put forward some problems and recommendations on the constructions of transport passageways and their sustainable development in northeast China.
