以黄土高原半山区的襄垣县为例,利用DEM和土地利用数据,从高程、坡度、道路和河流等方面定量分析农村居民点的空间特征,并划分地理等级和居民点类型,为优化布局提供依据。

Abstract

As one of the important contents of the new round of Overall Planning of Land Use,the spatial distribution adjustment and optimization of rural residential area play an important part on the coordination of man-land relationship,enhance regional economy and balance urban and rural development.Taking Xiangyuan country in upland half a mountainous in loess plateau as a case,Using DEM,the database of the second investigation of land use and other datum,the paper quantitatively analyze the spatial characterizations of settlements in the area from the aspects of elevation,slope,roads and rivers.The weight and score of each index were determined with the Delphi Method,and then the geography level of the country was divided into superior area,middle area and poor area.According to the population,economy,geological disaster and so on,the paper divided the residential into three types: migrate to another local,reserve and appropriate develop,give a priority to develop.At last,thirty-one villages were selected as the central villages.
