The Industrial Structure Adjustment of Guiyang City under the Background of Post-crisis Era
分析了金融危机后贵阳市工业面临的产销增速放缓、成本上升、出口下滑等问题，并提出了调整产业结构、鼓励创新经济和培育战略性新兴产业的对策。
In the process of reform and opening up,Guiyang's industry is continuing to grow and become the main force of economic and social development of Guiyang in recent years.However under the influence of disaster caused by snow and the international financial crisis, the operation of industrial economic in Guiyang has encountered unprecedented challenges and difficulties.This paper analyzes the current situation and some problems which Guiyang's industry is facing now.Since the financial crisis,the growth speed of production output and sales slows down,also products backlog and sharply increasing cost lead to declination of the synthetic economic-benefit of industry.At the same time,growth of delivery on export goods drop substantially,aluminum,phosphorus and iron related industries suffered terrible strike and to the worst,some enterprises are forced to shut down.All these occurred have a big influence on the industrial growth throughout the whole year.In accordance with the referred hurdles and for better improvement of Guiyang's economy,three solutions are discussed in this article: making adjustment on the current industrial structure,actively encouraging innovation economy and fully fostering emerging industries of strategic importance.
