Investigation on Rental Housing for Rural Migrant Workers in Dagang Town Panyu District Guangzhou City
调查了广州大岗镇农民工租赁住房的发展、设施、市场及管理问题，发现缺乏规划、基础设施不完善、法规缺失等，并提出政策建议。
Based on investigation on rental housing—the main place of residence for Rural Migrant Workers in Dagang Town Panyu District Guangzhou City,this paper focuses on the research of the development process,construction and facilities,relationship between each relevant benefit body,rental housing market,management and service for rental housing,etc. Rental housing is the market-oriented solution to solve the housing issue for rural migrant workers in the process of rapid urbanization,there is a certain of rationality,but there are some difficulties and problems,such as lack of unified planning,infrastructure and public services are imperfect,management laws and regulations are also imperfect,linkage mechanism has not yet formed,existing policy barriers and so on. Some policy suggestions are just as followings:scientific planning,accelerating? reform of collective construction land,establishing relevant laws and regulations,strengthening the supervision and service for rental housing for rural migrant workers,etc.
