The Collaborative Development of Universities and Research Institutes Based on the Regional Difference Analysis
利用教育部和中科院的统计数据,分析211、985大学与中科院研究所在不同空间尺度上的区域差异,探索协同创新模式及潜在区域。
The 2011 plan and the collaborative innovation idea are being attention a lot for the development and progress of science and technology under the new situation of produce- learn- research projects. In This paper, by using related statistical data and reference material of the ministry of education and the Chinese academy of sciences, we analyzed the regional difference among Project 211 universities; Project 985 universities and the research institutes of Chinese academy of sciences in different space scale of geographical divisions, provincial districts, urban districts, based on the ArcGIS spatial analysis. And explored the modes of collaborative innovation and located its potential regions of the coordinated development of science and education between universities and research institutes. Finally, we saw that Project 211 universities, Project 985 universities and research institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences represent obvious differences of region distribution and administrative associations in different spatial scales. And got the following mode of collaborative innovation and its potential area and regional space: the intra- regional power- and- power union development of universities and research institutes, the intra-regional vigorously help from research institutes of CAS to universities, the joint development of the major universities and local universities in the inside and outside of predominance-area.
