Tourism Disaster is an important disturbance factor in tourism development,and is also one of the focuses of tourists.Intelligent tourism system and its disaster warning and relief platform,which can release tourism meteorological disasters,geological disasters,and some other relevant information,has a great significance on increasing consciousness on tourism disaster prevention,monitoring tourism disaster,preventing and reminding tourism disaster,and relieve tourism disaster and so on.This paper studies the technique elements and service requirements of IT disaster warning and relief platform,from the perspective of its characteristics,technical support and constitution,and its service mode.
