STUDY ON THE DRIVING FORCES OF REGIONAL LAND USE CHANGE-A CASE STUDY OF WUZHOU CITY, GUANGXI
以广西梧州市为例，定量分析了1978年以来耕地面积变化的驱动力，发现人类活动是主导因素，贡献率达91.1%，并建立了多元线性回归模型。
The social driving forces of land use change include industrialization and citification, population growth, mechanism of economic management, social conduct etc. which are analysed in detail in this paper.With the help of Principal Components’ Analysis. The author quantitatively analyses the driving forces of cultivated land area change since 1978. The result shows that the human activities are the dominant factors led to cultivated land area change. Furthermore, the author calculates with the theoretic model that the contributing ratio of cultivated land area change caused by human activites was 91.1% in Wuzhou city and the Multiple linear regression model of cultivated land area change(dependent variable) and the driving factors(independent variables) is developed i. e.
