This paper explains connotation of ecological-economic-social capacity, takes water and invest as driving factors and analyses the driving mechanism of ecological-economic-social capacity according to ecological, economic and social benefit, calcifies the double functions of population in the driving mechanism of ecological-economic-social capacity interaction, the aims is to provide theoretical basis for reasonable control capacity of oasis systems, ameliorating ecological environment, accelerating harmonious and coupling development of ecological, economic and social systems. The modes types of ecological-economic-social capacity are influenced by water, invest and population. Scientific estimation of modes types of ecological-economic-social capacity is important for reasonable exploiting oasis systems.
