The Territorial Planning under the Concept of Low-carbon
基于1980年代以来中国土地利用变化的碳排放评估，研究如何在国土规划中贯彻低碳理念，组织合理的国土开发与利用，推动低碳经济发展。
This paper is based on the carbon emission evaluation of land-use change in China since the 1980s,and investigates the problem of how to organize rational territorial development and utilization and promote low-carbon economy development under the concept of low-carbon in territorial planning field.
