The difference of the economic development between the regions is often figured by the economic grads,However the industrial grads is the most straight forward, on centrated and essential reflection of the economic grads. The paper analyzes industrial grad. By comparing working productivity and location quotient,In the paper,the working productivity and location quotient to the Guangfo metropolitan coordinated region and its surrounding regional studied and their preponderant industries are distinguished. And also the industrial grads co-efficient is calculated. It is showed that the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,advanced competition of regional industries,industry transfer are the main directions of industrial optimization in the Guangfo metropolitan coordinated region and surrounding region in the future and are the basis for the industrial clusters.
