STUDY ON LAND RANK ADJUSTING BASED ON GIS TECHNIQUE——TAKING ZIBO CITY AS AN EXAMPLE
研究了利用GIS技术对淄博市1995年完成的土地定级成果进行调整，以适应城市扩张和土地管理需求，结合综合定级与分类定级方法进行了实践。
Land's grading and evaluation of Zibo city was finished in 1995,compositive grading method was adopted in first grading.Along with fast developing of economy,The city zone is more and more expansile,customary grading achievement can't satisfy requirement of land management,land rank adjusting is imperative under the situation.On the base of intrinsic compositive grading achievement of Zibo city,using GIS technique,using land grading and evaluation system,theory and method of combining of compositive grading and classified grading was researched and practised in Zibo city,Contrast and analysis was maked combining practice to land rank adjusting achievement.
