Study on How to Use Beijing Subways as a Part of the City's Logistics System in the Evening and Non-traffic Peak Time
研究了利用北京地铁在夜间和非高峰时段进行货物配送的可行性，分析了技术要求和当前障碍，并提出了政策建议。
The amount of goods communication in Beijing urban area has become greater and greater nowadays,however the efficiency of goods distribution tends to become even lower than before.On the other hand,the subway of Beijing develops fast,and is not used at night.This paper suggests that we can use the subway of Beijing as a part of Beijing logistics system in the evening and non-traffic peak time,and analyzes the necessity and possibility of this usage.In addition,the author analyzes the technical requirements and the current obstacles in using Beijing subway as a part of Beijing logistics system.Finally,the author accordingly gives some policy suggestions on how to satisfy the technical requirements and how to overcome the obstacles.
