The social security system's butt-joint in China's urbanization process
分析了中国城乡二元社会保障制度无法满足改革开放需求的问题，提出通过转变观念、建立多元化筹资体系、分区域分步骤构建多层次农村社保体系，并改革户籍制度，最终实现全国统一社保网络。
The binary social security system divising of city and countryside in our country has been unable to meet the needs of reform and opening up, which need reform urgently, establishing a unified of the social security system covering urban and countryside. This work is facing lots of obstacles. In order to achieve the social security system's butt-joint successful, we must change our concepts, establish a diversified funding system, and construct a multi-level social security system for countryside, which will be carried out subregionally, step by step and distinctively, establishing a unified national social security network, and reforming the existing household registration system.
