Research on the Method of Land Using Planning from a Perspective with Transportation Capacity Limitation
分析了城市土地利用与交通之间相互促进和制约的关系，从交通容量限制角度提出一种城市规划方法，该方法能强化两者联系并反映交通容量对土地开发强度的影响。
There are some relationships between Urban Land Using and Urban Transportation that promote and restrict each other.This thesis analyses these mutual adaptable relationships between Urban Land Using and Urban Transportation from a perspective of Transportation Capacity limitation,and proposes one method in Urban Planning that bases on it.The application result shows that this method can strength the relationship between Urban Land Using and Urban Transportation,and can also reflect fully the impacts from Transportation Capacity to the Land Development Intensity.
