RESEARCH ON THE RURAL RESIDENTS HOUSINGS IN CHINA
基于1990-2000年数据，分析中国农村住房发展及区域分布，发现住房主要由收入和气候决定，可为灾害损失预测和宏观经济政策提供参考。
In China,the housing is the first requirement of rural residents.The per capita housing area of rural residents is larger than the citizens,but the types of housings showed that the proportion of concrete—brick housing area to housing area is very low.The condition of rural residents still need to be improved.Based on the data of rural housings in 1990—2000,the paper analysis the development of rural housings,and the distribution of rural housings in different regions of China.The housings are mainly decided by the income of rural residents,and the climate also is a big factor.The housings requirment of the residents living in south of China are similar,but the north residents are different.These results can provide data for the predection of the economic losses caused by natural disaster and help to draw up the marco—economic policy.
