AN ANALYSIS OF SITUATION OF ECONOMIC SPATIAL DISSIMILARITY IN THE YELLOW RIVER VALLEY
分析了1990至2006年黄河流域经济空间差异的演变，发现东西部经济差距加大，东部形成多核心结构，中西部增长缓慢且空间失衡加剧。
Based on measuring the extent of economic spatial dissimilarity and distinguishing the patterns of economic spatial organization,this paper analyses systematically the situation of economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River Valley from 1990 to 2006.The results display in the following.The economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River valley is mainly reflected in the economic dissimilarity intensified increasingly between the East and the Midwest,and at present,the level of economic increase in the East is higher,the economic space has presented multi-core-peripheral structure and certain-leveled equalized tendency,but the overall level of economic increase in the Midwest is lower,the economic space has few increasing cores and axes only.On the other hand,with furthering of China's opening up to the inland,in the Midwest in the Yellow River valley,the relative economic strength of Inner Mongolia and Henan have enhanced,the relative economic strength of the others have weakened,the economic spatial pattern is more and more imbalanced.According to the above,it is inferred that economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River valley since 1990 has been closely related to the difference in the process of reform and opening up.
