STUDY ON THE INNOVATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION OF CHANGZHOU CITY
分析了常州市行政区划的历史演变和现状，指出其东西向被分割、武进与市区并存等问题制约了发展，并提出了行政区划创新方案和非行政手段建议。
Changzhou economy developed slowly relatively in the nearly more than 20 years,the causes are very complex,but one of the fundamental reasons is the illogicality establishing condition for long-term of Changzhou administrative-division.From the evolution of administrative-division of Changzhou city districts,this article analyze the present situations and the characteristic which the Changzhou city districts,and pionts out that caused to the adverse effects to Changzhou’s development and spatial develop-axis’s transformation form the east-west to the north-south axis by U-shaped and being cut apart of eastwest of Changzhou,as well asone city,two administrative unitsof Changzhou-Wujin’s coexistence,and then,this article puts forward the administrative-division innovation project of Changzhou city,and makes some suggestions about non-administrative-division means.
