CURRENT STATE AND PROBLEMS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW AND RISING HIGH-TECH INDUSTRIES IN SHANGHAI UNDER THE BACKDROP OF KNOWLEDGE-ECONOMY
分析了知识经济与高科技产业的关系及其对上海产业结构的影响，讨论了上海新兴高科技产业的发展现状与创新问题，并提出了增加风险投入、人力投入及建立合作机制等战略建议。
Through analyzing the relationship between knowledge economy and high-tech industries, impact of knowledge economy to the heightening of Shanghai's industrial structure, basic structure of new and rising high-tech industries in Shanghai and its capabilities of innovation, this paper discusses the current state and problems of the development of new and rising high-tech industries in Shanghai under the backdrop of knowledge-economy. Based on this, several strategic suggestions towards improving the situations in Shanghai have been put forward in the end. This involves increase of risk input, manpower and establishment of cooperative mechanism and relative institutions.
