Study on Models for Urban Growth in the Inter-border Administrative Area Association with Acceleration of Urbanization
研究了行政边界间区域在城市化加速下出现的三种城市增长模型：政府主导型、市场驱动型及政府市场互动型，并指出互动型是实现资源合理配置和协调发展的关键。
With the development of soci-economy, there appears the new urban growth models forming the growth-pole in the inter-border administrative area while there are prominent contradictions between the demand for land development and protection. This paper proposes three kinds of models for urban growth including models for inter-border urban growth oriented by government, by market driving and by interaction of government market driving, with case studies considering the factors of participants, developing character their performance. Afterwards, the paper points out that the model oriented by the interaction of market driving government is the important approach to rational resource assembling and harmonic development of the urban growth in the inter-border administrative area.
