Appraisal and Analysis of the Efficiency in Absorbing Service Industry's FDI in China
运用DEA方法评估中国28个省份吸收服务业外商直接投资的效率，发现各省效率差异大，多数省份未发挥优势，传统服务业仍是主要流入领域。
World Investment Report 2011 points out that the most influenced area of the reduced FDI flow in finical crisis is the service industry.To deal with this problem,service industry will attract FDI more intensely.The thesis appraises and analyzes the efficiency in absorbing the SFDI of 28 provinces in China by DEA method,including total efficiency,rating efficiency and regional structure efficiency.The thesis finds out that China has the scale effect of absorbing SFDI,but still lags behind the developed countries.The efficiency of the SFDI in China is not high.As total efficiency,each province is widely imbalanced in absorbing SFDI.Most provinces have not taken their advantages of absorbing SFDI.As rating efficiency,there are 18 provinces in the five efficiency rates.Some developed provinces still have low efficiency.Some developing provinces have even lower efficiency.As regional structure,there is no connection between structure and efficiency of SFDI.Traditional service industry sections are still the main flowing areas by SFDI.
