The Empirical Research of Beijing Water Resources Carrying Capacity and Pressure State
用主成分分析和相对资源承载力方法计算了1999-2007年北京水资源承载力指数，发现其逐年下降，虽仍超载但供水有所改善。
Using principal component analysis and relative resource carrying capacity,this paper focuses on Beijing water carrying capacity. The index of Beijing water carrying capacity is computed from 1999 to 2007,which is declining every year. The paper also finds that although Beijing's water carrying capacity is still in the condition of over-loading,water resource supply obtains improvement in a certain extent.
