Study on the Spatial Differentiation of Urban Construction Land Input Efficiency in China
从投入产出、区域关系等角度构建评价体系，用中国30个省份数据实证分析城市建设用地投入效率，发现效率低且空间分异明显，东部高于西部。
Based on the understanding of the essence of urban construction land and the efficiency of urban construction land input,this paper,from the input and output level,interregional relations,load capacity,human-land relationship perspectives and so on,built the efficiency evaluation indexes of urban construction land input,from benefit levels and the coupling coordination of the artificial composite ecological system perspectives,organized the contents,and then,connecting with the weighting variance method,used our country 30 provinces(autonomous region,municipality directly under the central government) to do an empirical research.The result shows that:(1) the efficiency evaluation system on the urban construction land input can effectively use in China's empirical analysis,in the article the result of empirical analysis is coincide with the practical situation very well.The efficiency evaluation system implies equity and efficiency,the system arrangement effect.It is also can use to test the coupling coordination of regional system internal economic-social-environment,and then give some reasonable advices.(2) The characteristics of our country urban construction land input efficiency as follow:the level characteristics—inefficiently and extensively growth,the composite eco-system is still staying at low coupling coordination degree level;the space characteristics—spatial differentiation is obvious.Comparing with the spatial differentiation on economic efficiency,social efficiency and environment efficiency,we got conclusion that the economic spatial differentiation is the most obvious one,and all of them basically formed a geographic patterns that the spatial differentiation from east to west is going to decrease.(3) The spatial differentiation of our country urban construction land input efficiency,to some degree,reflects the facts that national macro development strategy relatively attaches important to social fairness than efficiency,and the government performance evaluation system have an influence on the efficiency of urban construction land input.
