On the Equity Structure and Commercial Banks' Performance:International Comparison and Empirical Study of China
通过国际比较分析发达国家商业银行股权结构模式对绩效的影响，总结中国商业银行股权结构特征，构建对数成本函数模型，实证检验中国股权结构对银行绩效的影响。
It is obvious that there is a close relation between equity structures and commercial banks' perform- ances.This paper firstly summarizes the features of different equity structures and their influence on Chinese commercial banks' pedormances via the comparative analysis of the influence of commercial banks' equity struc- tural modes on their performances in developed countries.Secondly,based on the features of the commercial banks equity structures in China at present,the author build up a logarithmic function of cost model,and finally the paper empirically tests the influence of the equity structures on the commercial banks' performances in China.
