Technological Grouth and Management in China's Enterprises
梳理了中国企业自1949年以来技术创新的四个阶段，从能力和内容两个视角分析了技术成长路径，总结了五种技术管理模式，并讨论了新趋势与挑战。
Since 1949,technological innovation in China's enterprises has experienced the following four stages:self-reliance development,importing,assimilating and absorbing,and indigenous innovation. From the view of capability form,the technology growth in China's firms has experienced three stages:technology importing,manufacturing capability,innovation capability. While from the view of capability content,it has experienced the following three stages:basic capability,quasi-core capability,core capability. Five man modes of technology management have appeared in China's firms since 1949. They are:(1) Industry technology platform based design in firms;(2) First selecting importing technology,then carry out the imported project;(3) Secondary innovation;(4) Self-reliance development;(5) University-institute-industry collaboration. Finally,it describes the new trends in technology management,challenges faced by China's firms,and their implications.
