It analyzes the problems of evaluation of industrialization technical item of our country,builds and consummates the index system,which based on market orientation and converging technique,society benefit,law estate,economic benefit,risk factors and so on; and quantifies index system; on the base of the index system's dimension go back to one,it builds up the integrated evaluation model. Single industrialization technical item's synthetical evaluation comes true;according to the evaluation result that based on the particular goal many industrialization technical items can be ordered and optimized.
