Learning Orientation and New Firm's Competitive Advantage: The Mediating Role of Dual Entrepreneurial Learning
基于403家中国企业的问卷数据，研究了学习导向如何通过双元创业学习（探索式与利用式学习）影响新创企业竞争优势，发现双元学习起部分中介作用，但未发现两者的互补效应。
It established the theoretical model using the variables of learning orientation,dual entrepreneurial learning, and new firm's competitive advantage,aiming to examine the mediating effect of dual entrepreneurial learning on the relationship between learning orientation and new firm's competitive advantage,and the complementary effect of dual entrepreneurial learning on the new firm's competitive advantage. It examined the hypotheses using the questionnaires of 403 Chinese firms. The results suggest that exploratory learning and exploitive learning have partial mediating effect on the relationship between learning orientation and new firm's competitive advantage,but the results fail to illustrate the mutual benefit of exploratory and exploitive learning on new firm's competitive advantage.
