Since the recent years,more and more competitions of high-tech enterprises demonstrate continuous,efficient,swift competition of the nuclear ability of RD,the key to which is the efficient governance of the RD team. Based on the comprehensive analysis of many researches on the RD team's governance mechanisms both abroad and domestic in the recent years,it discusses some questions about the RD team's governance mechanisms on six aspects:performance measurement mechanism,performance control mechanism,conflict management mechanism,incentive mechanism,knowledge management mechanism,and intellectual property right mechanism.
