Abstract

In the assess of benchmark land price, it is always difficult to calculate the land price of the block by the lan price of the plots facing street. This paper using the data of investigation solve the problem in two ways: contributing rate of facing street method and area weighting method and also discuss the relationship between the land price of the block and the land price of the plots facing street by regression analysis .The land price of the block calculated by two ways separately are appear the same tendency. And the paper also come to the conclusion that the relationship between the two kind of land price can be described as a inverse s curve.
