A Comparative Study on Industrial Structural Adjustment and Growth Vitality among 10 Chinese Cities
对比中国十个城市的产业结构调整与增长活力，发现结构调整不一定带来工业总产值增长，且调整比例与利润率变化无关，中西部和东北地区应转向主动调整并依靠技术创新。
The primary task of China's current industrial development is promoting industrial upgrading and restructuring transformation of the mode of development.According to the results of research published by domestic and foreign scholars,this article contrasts ten cities in China about adjustment of the industrial structure and growth of vitality by the structural changes and economic growth,growth rate and professionalism,specialization and industry competitiveness,industrial restructuring and growth quality,and other aspects.Main conclusions arising from the research findings include that,structural adjustment can not always lead to the growth of gross industrial output;the change of structural adjustment proportion has no relevance with that of industrial profit ratio;the rise of the mid-west and northeast should change from passive adjustment to active adjustment,and mainly rely on th e technological innovation and avoid the blind expansion of the low level specialization.
