水资源约束下的干旱内陆河流域城市适度规模研究:以石羊河流域凉州区为例

Abstract

Take the typical oasis city Liangzhou District in arid inland river basin as research object,the paper explained the connotations of water resources carrying capacity and urban moderate scale.Appropriate scale model of urban was established based on water resources carrying capacity and the computable model for the distance coordination degree between urban appropriate scale and actual population was constructed,the forewarning and the evaluation interval was given.Urban moderate scale restricted by water resources in the future were predicted and analyzed.The results show : The surface runoff in Liangzhou District changed slightly over the past ten years,however,it dropped significantly compared with the fifties;Water resources from 2000 to 2009 in Liangzhou district was in overload condition,the types of overload state combined water quality and quantity,the average annual growth rate of overload degree is 5.11%,which caused the distance coordination degree between urban appropriate scale and actual population in transition stage from verge of disorder yellow light zone to moderate disorders double-yellow light zone;Degree of growth in water resource overload will decrease in the next two decades with a average annual growth rate of 3.15%,although the overload rate slow down,the amount of water available can not meet the growing urban water demand,then the distance coordination degree will belong to moderate disorders double-yellow light zone.
