SKILL COMPLEMENTARITIES, LABOR MIGRATION AND REGIONAL CONCENTRATION OF HUMAN CAPITAL
研究了劳动力技能互补性如何导致人力资本向特定区域持续集中，并基于中国第五次人口普查数据验证了劳动力迁移对人力资本集中的影响。
Owing to the heterogeneity of labors, the cooperation and complementarities between labors with different level of skills would achieve increasing returns. The skill complementarities that exist objectively lead to an endogenous cumulative cycle between interregional labor mobility and regional concentration of human capital. The dynamic result of this cycle is that labors flow persistently into areas where human capital concen- trated. The regional disparities of human capital stock rise correspondingly. The positive analysis based on the 5th National Census of China shows that the effects of interregional labor mobility on the concentration of human capital do exist.
